About

I've been fascinated with elite performance my entire life.

Specifically — how do the best of the best become? That question followed me into 15 years of entrepreneurship, into building and operating multiple fitness franchise locations, and eventually to Georgetown University where I completed my Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching.

I developed the Architecture of Performance framework to finally give language to everything I'd been studying my whole life. Today I work with P&L owners — founders, executives, and leaders accountable for the performance of a team and the results of a business — on the gap between where their organization is and where it's capable of being.
